There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.
To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any questions regarding your booking.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We had a beautiful stay in a quiet area of Surfers paradise, was right on the beach and away from all the noise, however still just a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly with clear instructions when we had trouble with the tv connection. Check in/out was super quick, easy and straight forward. Kitchen amenities were abundant, clean and included everything we needed. Only feedback would be that the air conditioner in the bedroom was quite loud, which i don't personally mind but some people might be bothered by this.
Emma and Roger’s place was great! It’s perfect if you are looking for a place to stay at Gold Coast with great views, easy access to the surfer’s paradise beach and also the light rail/tram. We used it to visit the theme parks and it was very convenient. Will choose their place again when visiting Gold Coast.
We had such a wonderful time staying here. We came from New Zealand, and being able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the apartment balcony every day was truly special. The surrounding area was also fantastic — very safe and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a brilliant stay. Walkable to the middle of Surfers in 10-15 mins but still felt very peaceful where we were.

Amazing place!!
Emma and Roger’s place was fantastic! The spectacular ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and super convenient, just a short walk to Paradise Centre and with the tram right downstairs. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
