The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Blinds in the main room were stuck so I was unable to roll it down at night had to sleep the other way so i’m not facing the sun
とてもきれいな家でこんな家に住みたいと思うくらい理想的な生活を送れました。 きれいだし、キッチンも広く家族で食事もしやすい。キッチン横にすぐ洗濯室があるので家事もしやすくとても良いです。 子供も一緒でお皿とコップを割ってしまったのですが、メッセージをすると特に弁償なども求められず快く返事くれました。 滞在中のサポートも早く、またオーストラリアに行ったら是非泊まりたいと思ってます。 妻も子供たちもその前に泊まったマリオットホテルよりも気に入っていました。特に家族や大人数での旅行は絶対おすすめです。
Fantastic location, just missing the finishing touches. Location is great, a short walk to Hyde Park and easy public transport links to everywhere you’d want to visit in Sydney. The place itself is spacious and modern, but unfortunately the place is let down slightly by the finishing touches, which feel a bit a bit cheap compared to the place and its location. With those minor touches finessed this place would be exceptional and we would definitely stay here again.
Great place! Perfect location for all the fun things and surrounding neighborhoods. The kitchen is the heart of the home and where we hung out mostly. Def recommend.

Spacious and comfortable place in walking distance to great restaurants and ammenities.
Me and my family had a great stay during out holidays in Sydney. It feel cozy like home and most of the things are provided in the house.
The place was lovely. The beds were a bit soft as I like a firm mattress. We could only have 1 key for 3 people staying there that was annoying and there is no parking so spend a fortune on parking fees.
