This split-level two-bedroom loft-style apartment is located on the ground floor.
We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It features the following:

The entire apartment
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Communication with the host was smooth and professional, but it lacked a personal touch. The house matches the photos exactly, though I have a few concerns: 1. Located right by the street, it gets very noisy in the morning from garbage trucks and other traffic, despite the street not being busy otherwise. 2. The rooms have poor light blocking—especially the ground floor, where sunlight seeps through during the day and streetlights shine in at night. 3. The bedding was disappointing: the duvet consisted of an insert between two sheets instead of a proper cover, and the bottom sheet wasn’t tucked in, so it wrinkled constantly. 4. The mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable. The ground floor “double bed” was actually two singles pushed together, with an overly soft gap in the middle—unsuitable for couples. 5. No spare towels were available, so we had to wash ours daily. While some of these are personal preferences, given the price, I expected a more comfortable experience.
This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The entire check-in process and overall experience were perfect and well‑arranged. During the Chinese New Year, I even received a lovely gift from the host, which made me feel warm and at home. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay with Emma&Roger, the airbnb was extremely spacious, two superb rooms with private bathrooms and an excellent cosy living/citchen. Quiet/relax neighbourhood, easily connected by footh or public transport. Would definitely recommend for families, friends or couples.
