The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

Great location! Very close to the main strip, but not too close that you hear all the noise! its perfect! Very clean space, it looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend!
This is our second time staying in one of Emma and Roger’s apartments and it was great. The pool is amazing, the tram is a 30 second walk away, the room was perfect and the bed was super comfortable. I can’t fault this property or the hosts.

A lovely stay at Emma and Rogers. we thoroughly enjoyed it. There is construction going on next door which we were warned about but didn't really bother us. The apartment is lovely. The amenities in the complex are good. Outside pool is freezing but would be enjoyed in hotter weather, indoor pool is lovely and warm and jacuzzi nice. We saw families in the pool till it closed at 10pm. Hosts were very quick to respond when we had someone park in our designated parking spot. The location is ideal, short walking distance to the beach, esplanade, shops and restaurants and round the corner from the tram.
Awesome location- had some troubles with getting key, although host was very helpful with helping us locate the key.
