The apartment was in a good location for restaurants & for public transport into the centre of Brisbane. It was nice to have a balcony & overall the apartment would have been great but unfortunately, it was let down by the stained & offensive smelling sofa & cushions.
Apartment was terrific
Serain was very clean and comfortable and in Brisbane getting parking included in the price was good value. Whilst the apartment block itself was very quiet there can at times be a lot of traffic noise. The washer, fridge, dryer, oven, dishwasher were all great. Having a clothes rack on the balcony was handy. There was plenty of cupboard & hanging space and the unit is a good size for two. What could improve it would be some more crockery - just get some Anko from Kmart. The couch soft covers need a wash as they are a bit smelly and the ironing board needs some padding not just a thin cotton cover.
Great place to stay. Roomy for a 1 bedroom apartment. Ease of booking, great instructions on how to book in/out. Would definitely like to stay again and would recommend to others.

Great location, close access to bus stop to the city. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. Nice to have a carpark space as well! Apartment was very modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay
