- 1st master bedroom with a king bed and walk-in shower ensuite

- 1 living room with a double-size sofa bed, and a smart TV.
(There is an extra cost of 30 dollars per night per person to use the sofa bed, you must book the sofa bed at least one day before arrival)

- 1 fully equipt kitchen
- 1 balcony with ocean view and outdoor furniture
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- 1 basement parking space with a height limit of 2.1m
There is a centralized air conditioning system in this unit for the living room and all bedrooms.
There is a free wifi in the unit.

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Overall location good, with a great looking sandy beach style pool in the complex. - however this is shaded most of the day due to the 30+ storey building towering over it. good or bad depending on your preference for sun. Check in process is particularly complex; get keys from lockbox offsite (and return there after). car park tight and up multiple levels. need key to get out of carpark b4 checkout! Due to location, it's loud - somewhat expected - but the sound carried up 24 levels easily, and the door seals aren't great to balcony - meaning a lot of sound enters the apartment. View is great - east Minimal inclusions - expect to buy everything / anything you need to use, though 2 spare toilet rolls. Bathroom not fully clean - had blood (fake hopefully) as we checked in after halloween weekend. Floor - open (sharp) safety pin on my kid's floor. (luckily 5 yr old found it, not the 17 month child) Only ONE key offered and you need to swipe in/out everywhere
Great value accommodation centrally located in Surfers Paradise! We were a group of 8 and found it perfect for what we were looking for. Would recommend booking.
Great ocean view. Excellent location walking distance to anything in Surfers. Make sure to enter from the outside from the street. There is a lobby and place to drive up to. Look for "Skyline North". Our group made the mistake of trying to figure out how to get in from the other sides (from Tower 1).
Its a beautiful place, walking distance to restaurants, grocery shops and beach. Looks amazing at night lights outside the balcony. Mornings are even more breathtaking views. There was some issues with us finding the apartment due to 3 different buildings and our vehicle couldn't pass through the car garage due to height issue but the buildings security was very nice, they offered us parking for the night, which we greatly appreciated with us travelling so far, we were tired and saved us the hassle of finding a parking. The building itself is a maze but once you find the apartment its worth it with the views. Just having one key was also difficult as everyone either had to leave together or one person had to run the key down as you can enter without the key fob, that was an inconvenience to us. But overall it was a nice stay, my visitors that travelled from The States loved the view. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Emma and Roger’s place in Surfers Paradise. The location was fantastic – right in the heart of the Gold Coast with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
The apartment is very centrally located with fantastic views. Very well equipped with everything you need for a few days holiday break. Very secure with private parking
