The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Emma and Roger were very attentive if we required anything during our stay. The location of the property was ideal as it was close proximity to most of the attractions in Canberra. Presentation and Cleanliness was average as we found the property quite dusty upon arrival and did require cleaning. Very spacious and suitable for our family of 5 which we found very comfortable with the extra room for our stay. Overall it was a pleasant place for our weekend away Cheers again Den
The house is in a great location to the Center of Canberra for site seeing. The house was fairly clean and very spacious. The owners gave great instructions and were clear and quick to communicate with. If you are planning to stay for a while and cook at the house, you will need to bring basics for the kitchen and may want to bring your own pillows and additional bedding. What is provided is very basic. Easy checkin and out, double garage down stairs but easier to unpack the car from the front/ back door- lots and lots of stairs! Over all a fairly good place to stay, happy with the price.
Nice and cosy place to stay, had all amenities , too bad we didn’t use the lovely kitchen as much as we should Rooms were spacious , convenient car park access to the house
A well equiped appartment with great kitchen facilities. Some finishing touches would improve the overall experience. Underground large garage with direct entry into the townhouse was a great feature. It is a very quiet area and close to many activities. Emma was very responsive to all communication.
Great place, and private garage was really convenient. Would definitely stay again. Only con was the air con didn't work. Notified the host on the first night but no attempt was made to fix during a 6-night stay. Thankfully it wasn't too hot or cold.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the furniture is comfortable, the check-in is convenient, the parking space is spacious, and the cooking utensils are abundant. The overall journey experience is good.
