This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 4 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for couples, small families, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated).
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living & Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities
Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.
Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.
Operation hours and rules are posted on the wall near each facility entrance.

We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repairs, maintenance, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.

It was a fabulous stay there was everything we needed for our stay, we were very comfortable and felt safe. The communication was awesome, quick and absolutely easy. We really appreciated been able to check in earlier then planned, there was no stress, it was very easy. Thank you both Emma & Roger, we will recommend you to any of our family and friends.
It was great , nice and clean , we stayed for a week. only thing that we wish we had was more towels. just small things like that . otherwise it was really nice and had great AC
Great stay overall loved the sauna and pool. The location is close to the CBD, which was very convenient. The place was generally clean and comfortable. One small downside was the couch, which felt quite old and sticky and appeared to have a small cigarette burn. The throw on the couch was also a bit dirty it quite obviously hadn't been washed... Another thing to note is that, given the price point, we were surprised to be responsible for washing all dishes and taking out the bins at checkout. We of course did this, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of. Overall, a good stay with great amenities just a few details that could be improved.

great host , very responsive & accommodating to our requests and future enquiries.. top location, close to beach, main surfers shops n strip, restaurants, cafes , public transport (you can go anywhere you like for 50c) tram,bus stops. it was enjoyable stress free stay mostly thanks to the host & i would recommend 👌the place to any air bnb traveller wanting location, peace of mind , clean,modern, self contained apartment with pool, sauna n steam rooms n gym

We really liked the apartment. Overall, it had everything we needed. The windows overlook the shared terrace, which can be a little uncomfortable at times. There are some minor renovation defects and signs of wear on the furniture, but this did not affect our stay at all. For check-in, we had to pick up the keys from a different location, which was not very convenient, especially with suitcases. We would definitely recommend these apartments to our friends.
