We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Canberra and features:

- There is a centralized air conditioning system in the living room and bedrooms.
Check-in time ends by 10 pm every day.

Thanks for the lovely stay. The apartment was large and clean, but it lacked a few things I would have liked to make the stay perfect, like oil to cook with. The body wash and conditioner for one of the bathroom was empty too. I notified Emma & Roger late in my stay as I had some with me, and they were apologetic about this. Other than that, I have no other complaints - they even had a few books for the children to read which was great. We accidentally broke a glass, but they were really nice about that!
A beautiful apartment right near everything you need in Canberra. Walking distance to all the restaurants & night spots you could need. Just parked the car in the underground secure parking & go 👍
We had a lovely stay at Emma’s apartment! The beds were comfy, the balcony lovely to sit on in the afternoon sun and it was close to lots of excellent restaurants.
Very convenient location. Very quiet with the balcony windows shut and the mattresses, couch and chairs were comfortable. Apartment is in need of a bit of TLC and felt a bit more budget than it was; as signified by the empty salt and pepper shakers and the main bed quilt was a size smaller than the bed. There are no coffee making things (other than a kettle and some instant sachets), but we recommend the coffee from Chapter 4 which is located right next to the pedestrian entrance to the building. If you have to check out early it’s probably best to contact the host before you book - the shop being closed until 8am (Easter weekend) caught us off guard.
great place and really close to everything significant in CBR centre
Excellent location exactly as described. No signage from parking space to lift, but great once you know where you are going. Flexible check in.
We enjoyed being a walkable distance to shops and restaurants, and most attractions were around 15 minutes away so it was very convenient for us. Emma's place was as described too and had all the basic things we need and has met our expectations.
Great place would definitely stay again!!
