• Key loss will result in a charge of $300; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $30 will be charged before 11pm and $100 will be charged after 11pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back in where you collected them before the check-out time.
• You may find a shuttle to the apartment directly from Gold Coast Airport. Please check the Skybus website for further information.
