- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Ruby building:
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m.–10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site.
• Please note that on the north side of the building there is a small children’s play park. Additionally, there may be occasional noise from nearby construction sites; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
• The Wi-Fi is provided by the building and is shared among all residents. We are unable to control the speed or provide technical support for the Wi-Fi.
• Please note that some areas of the property’s flooring are slightly outdated, but they are fully functional and safe to use.

Very good, really enjoyed the stay
We had an amazing stay at this location, we did have one issue with the aircon system in the bedroom it wasn’t working but it didn’t really bother us we just left the doors open and had the aircon from the front run through! But overall we enjoyed our stay we will most definitely book again, emma & roger we’re very easy to get in contact with love the place and look forward to booking again😊😊
This is our second stay , we picked it as it was walking distance to the Marriott, for a Nutrimetics conference. good price. 3 bedroom, basic set up , aircon , 2 bathrooms . Emma & Roger quick to assist with any issues. Getting the key is a treasure hunt lol . Pool at premises good . Cafe & bar open this time also convenient. Would stay again .

Apartment was ok. Single beds were not very comfortable. It would had been nice to actually have windows for fresh air in the living areas. Location was great,
The apartment was great. Neat and tidy. Had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach and Cavil Ave. Shops close by. Easy parking. Host was responsive when I called about an issue with getting the key and came and dropped it of to me within 15 minutes of my call which I appreciated. Apartment location has a nice pool.
Emma & Roger are great host. always ready to give the best they can. will come back when visit gold coast.
