This Two-bedroom apartment is located on level 11 and can host a maximum of 5 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single beds, can not seperate) with walk-in shower ensuite
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with toilet and shower over a bath
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and a dining area
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

Lovely apartment with great views and only a short walk from the beach
Great place to live to enjoy beautiful Gold coast. Emma & Roger are so responsible, they gave clear instructions for every details, which helped a lot. The place was super clean and easy access to beaches and shopes. Highly recommended.
Very good location, walking distance to tram and local spots. Good communication from hosts. Beds are very comfortable. Floors in bedroom and bathroom could have benefited from a deeper vacuum but otherwise tidy throughout.

Fint sted å bo, og veldig praktisk at man kan få vasket klærne sine! Blir fort veldig fuktig luft i leiligheten, så hvis du vasker klær må du bruke tørketrommelen for å få klærne tørre. Fin beliggenhet og generelt ålreit størrelse på leiligheten og terrassen.

The place itself is very beautiful! Spacious for 4 people. Great location and there’s a lot of things to do nearby. I will honestly say though that there was lack of amenities in bathrooms. There was limited hand wash and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was very less. For washing clothes, we lacked the detergent too and we had to text the hosts to get some more of them and fortunately, the good thing is they do respond as soon as they can. Another thing I did notice was that the bedrooms itself were not vacuumed very well and I did notice the mats being dusty and even the bedsheets and blankets had stains on them, so that was questionable. There was a lack of tissue papers too in the airbnb. Other than that, the place was overall good! Pleasure to stay and if anyone thinks there’s lack of things in this airbnb, you can message the hosts themselves and they’ll sort it out for you. 😊
