Level 3 – Master Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate split-system air conditioner.

Level 1 – Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, smart TV, and dining space.
Level 1 – Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area, offering outdoor furniture for relaxing.
Level 3 – Rooftop Terrace: A private rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying fresh air and outdoor living.
Bathroom & Laundry
Level 2: Two bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and toilets, including one private ensuite.
Level 3: One private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Ground Floor – Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and appliances. Please note that the built-in cooktop is temporarily out of service; a portable induction cooktop has been provided as a replacement.
Climate Control: Ducted air conditioning with both heating and cooling is available throughout the townhouse. The living room also features an additional split-system air conditioner, while the master bedroom has its own separate split-system air conditioner for added comfort.
Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary). As this is a four-storey townhouse, Wi-Fi signal strength may vary slightly between different levels of the property.
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Access & Parking
Stair Access: Please note that this is a four-storey townhouse with internal stairs connecting each level.
Parking: One secure private garage parking space is included with this townhouse.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a short walk from the property and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another property of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the property for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Handy location close to river, markets, cafes and restaurants. Three double bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Private garage. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We were a party of 7, with two small children under 3, an older school age child and grandparents. The accomodation is spacious, and as other reviews have noted, it is 4 stories and about 15 stairs to each level. Having a seperate bathroom for each bedroom is a treat! The soft furnishings in the town house could use some updating/maintenance - namely the curtains. Additionally, not all the cookware is induction compatible (and the supplied cooktop is induction). The location is great, right near the water and very walkable. Would stay here again if visiting the Westend/Brisbane.
Awesome location! It’s actually really quiet here, even though you’re so close to the city. Just a short stroll to the West End markets and the river. The place is spread over three levels, so everyone gets heaps of personal space and having a bathroom each is super handy! Just a heads-up, there are quite a few stairs, so if you’ve got an injury or mobility issue, take care.

Great place for a family to stay - stairs kept us fit! Easy check in and out - place was close to my family, supermarket and bus stops. Close to river walk and Saturday market.
Great town house three decent size bedrooms all with queen beds, each has their own bathroom. Walking distance to Aldi and Woolworths as well as to the ferry which you can then catch into the city.
Extrem großes und schön eingerichtetes Air BnB in toller Lage. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle (von da nur wenige Haltestellen bis ins Zentrum) und zum Supermarkt (Aldi). In die andere Richtung keine 500m zum Fluss, sehr schön zum Spazierengehen. Die Southbank wäre sicher auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man gerne etwas weiter läuft (laut Google ca 3 km, aber unsere Kinder wollten lieber den Bus nehmen🙃). Es gibt auch Restaurants in der Nähe, die wir aber mangels Zeit nicht testen konnten. Das Reihenhaus ist Teil einer sehr modernen, ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnanlage, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Technisch sehr gut ausgestattet - entspricht ebenfalls der Beschreibung. WiFi hängt leider manchmal und in den zwei oberen Stockwerken, wo sich die Schlafzimmer und Bäder befinden gibt es leider Teppichboden, den wohl vorangegangene Gäste nicht wirklich geschont haben. Aber ansonsten alles sehr sauber und wirklich zum wohlfühlen! Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

We enjoyed our stay in West End. Very clean house with all the amenities we needed for a group of 6 adults. The central convenient location and affordable price was fantastic. Thanks again for hosting and we look forward to returning, if ever in Brisbane again.
