I was quite satisfied living here. It was clean and had adequate facilities. However, they were inflexible when I asked for permission to add another person (my child) to the place.
Great location, close to restaurants and convention centre. Staff were quick to respond to messages
The property was exactly as described. For a one bedder it is surprisingly roomy. The lounge and the bedroom have direct access to the large, square balcony. It has an abundance of storage throughout the property. It is adjacent to the Musgrave Pool and the South Bank activities such as the ‘beach’, cafes and cultural offerings. You can walk to the CBD with ease, in under 20mins. The keys are kept in a lockbox, which is convenient, but it is 300m away from the apartment, and they have to be returned there at the end of your stay. Not overly difficult, but when it’s hot and you have cases . . .
A great location. Challenges with key pick up and drop off include picking up the key from a lock box a few blocks away from the unit. This is awkward if you have luggage and are travelling solo without a car. The instructions are clear, it's just inconvenient managing luggage and walking to get/drop off the key if you have a bit of stuff. The apartment was clean and well resourced in the kitchen etc and is in a great spot -- particularly for attending conferences etc.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and the apartment was perfect for 1 weeks stay while we exploded Brisbane. The pool was great too as it was so hot. Really good bbq area too.
We found the unit at Serain Residences as an almost perfect place to stay. It was a walkable distance to QPAC where we were seeing a show and also very close to a wide range of restaurants. The host was very responsive to my emails and, on request, made the check in time a little earlier for our convenience. This made it easier to get to the concert at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday a less stressful procedure. The unit itself was very clean and suited our needs. The bed and lounge were comfortable, and the kitchen had the basic necessities for a short stay. The balcony was nice to sit out on to have a cup of tea and the street was not too busy. The views and amenities on the roof, such as the pool, lounge chairs and kitchen, were superb. The only thing that could have made our stay a little nicer was to have towels provided for the pool and also a hand towel and washcloth. I would stay again and fully recommend Serain Residences as the place to stay at Southbank Brisbane.
It was a great Unit to stay, close to everything and really easily accessible.
Great tidy apartment. super quite building, the location was amazing. front row seats on the balcony for new years fireworks.

very well explained process made check in, easy. the apartment was clean, had all the essentially, in a fantastic location & comfortable. the hosts were very proactive & shared information about the apartment & surrounding areas at the time my booking was made & were in contact with me shortly after we checked in to check that everything went fine with the getting the key & make sure that I was happy & didn't need anything from them. will definitely be booking this apartment for our next family getaway
