This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 14 and can host a maximum of 3 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

Great location, apartment and communitication Only 1 set if keys provided. Floors dirty, hair and food on dining chairs, hair on decorative cushion on bed. Inside of windows covered in kids handprintd
Emma and Rogers place was one of the best places ive stayed in. The location was great just a short walk away from the beach and central city area. easy to travel to via foot, e bike, or tram. the view was amazing in the apartment you got to see both the beach and the river bank. The apartment had everything listed, but some of the cookware could be updated. The bathroom was nice and clean. Check in might be hard for people without a car due to having to go to a storage locker to get the key tho it was only a short drive and there is public transport near by. They did have parking under the apartment if you had a car though it is limited due to some spots are reserved for permeant resident, but there is paid all day car parking just down the road if it is full. only negative reviews is the couch could be deep cleaned a little more it had a few little stains, and the room had a unique smell. but overall it wasn't that bad and we had an amazing experience. truely one of the best.
We loved our stay. Great views of the beach, the city and the river. Walking distance to main street in Surface Paradise and to public transport.
Nice location away from the craziness of Surfer's Paradise - about 9 minutes walk to Cavill Ave on very flat land. Only gripe is having to collect keys from a different location - the second location is not car friendly. Room is standard, with beautiful views of ocean, river and mountain. Bed is a little hard, but that's more personal preference. Hosts were very responsive and their instructions were very clear. Would stay here again.
Very welcoming and lovely hosts, their place feels so inviting and homely. I would highly recommend staying with them.
Great location and loved every moment of our stay. Very close to the beach and main shopping strips with quite a lot of restaurants nearby.
Perfect location great stay
Great little apartment with great views over main beach. Never struggled to find a parking spot and short walk to the beach. Slightly out of the way of the centre but 10-15min walk and there’s also a tram. Whilst check in instructions were clear, having to go to an alternative location on a really busy street with nowhere to pull the car in was slightly stressful. The table has lots of wear and tear, as does the sofa but worked for us. Looked exactly like the photos!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment overall. It was very clean on arrival and in a perfect location, walking distance to the main shopping and food streets, which made everything so convenient. The free on-site parking was also a huge bonus. The ocean view from the apartment was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We chose this apartment specifically because of the fully functioning kitchen, however we were a little disappointed that there were no basic pantry items provided (such as salt, pepper, butter or cooking oil). We had to purchase all the basics ourselves, which felt a bit pricey and wasteful for a short stay as we didn’t use most of it. It would also have been helpful to have a disclaimer noting that there are two construction sites directly below on either side of the building. It could be noisy at times, particularly in the mornings. That said, the apartment itself was comfortable and well-located, and we enjoyed our time here.
