Nice place to stay in Surfers Paradise. Good river view.
The apartment itself is as described, and clean. There are a few minor things like one of the blinds hand no pulley chain so it can't be lowered. The host did offer to fix it during the stay, but I am not comfortable having someone entering the property during the stay while I am out. Location is 2 tram stops away from Surfer Paradise main streets.
A really lovely apartment with a great view! Quiet and light filled, and Emma and Roger are really wonderful and communicative which made finding the place and organising everything so easy!

Very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with great views and central location. Hosts are friendly and super responsive. I also love that we had 2 keys. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs where you only get 1 key which can be inconvenient. The only thing that was missing was extra blankets which would’ve been nice since it’s winter. Otherwise we loved our stay and it was well worth the money. Thank you ☺️

We had a nice 4-week stay. Our unit was on the 13th floor and had a great view of the river. Emma and Roger were responsive and helpful. Getting around is a breeze, as the location is about a 7-10 minute walk to two different tram stations, not much farther to the beach, and the heart of Surfer's Paradise is easily reachable on foot or by tram, along with many dining options. Check-in was a bit unusual, as you have to pick up the keys from a lockbox at a separate location, about 800m away, but it did facilitate flexible check-in. If you're on foot with luggage, you'll want to plan accordingly. In terms of value, the unit has great potential, but is very sparsely equipped. For example, there was no cutting board until we purchased one. A very small investment into furnishing it would go a long way toward perceived value for the price. Overall, we would stay again, but more enthusiastically if it were better equipped.
