The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
A wonderful stay, with convenient parking, and the kids loved the pool and spa. The Thai restaurant downstairs was amazing!

We had a great family long weekend in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Special thanks to Emma being so flexible and accepting our late evening reservation on the same day. Perfect location, nice unit, beautiful views, and super friendly host.
I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Surfers Paradise. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and nightlife, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and private. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a great view of the ocean. Check-in was seamless, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the small touches too—like fresh towels, a stocked coffee station, and a local guidebook that came in handy. Overall, this place was exactly what I needed for a relaxing Gold Coast getaway. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a laid-back escape with all the essentials.

It is a good place to stay, clean, has good view and minimal. Have basically everything you need, however the tap in the master bedroom kept dripping. Other than that it is a good spot for vacation.
The place was in a great area where public transport was near by and the beach right in walking distance aswell as the shops just down the road too
We had a great stay, great location only a short walk to Cavil Ave. The pool area is fantastic for kids, our little one spent hours there everyday. Some features are becoming run down in the hotel, but this didn’t affect our stay. Would still recommend staying here. Unfortunately someone had taken our car park after a day out and there was nothing that could be done to get them out as there was no private car park sign installed. Host was prompt in responding but unable to rectify the situation. Thankfully we were able to park in a 2 hour car park and the hotel reception assured us we would not be towed. A new hotel is being built across the road and work starts around 630am MON-SAT, general construction noise can be heard, if sensitive to noise this may bother you. We found we were already awake by 630 however. Earplugs could be a good addition if you are a light sleeper.

Enjoyed the location. Easy to access. Spacious. Anything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Beach or cafes restaurants are aplenty. Rooms are perfect for couples families or friends. Hosts very attentive if needed. Totally recommend
