Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: One complimentary secured basement parking space is included with your stay.

Important Information
Rooftop Facilities: Please note that the rooftop facilities are currently under maintenance and may not be available during your stay.
Kitchen Notice: The built-in oven is currently out of service as it may trip the apartment's electricity. A portable oven has been provided for your convenience.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a short walk from the building entrance and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Fully equipped fitness center on the rooftop (under maintenance, not able to use now)
- A pool on the rooftop (under maintenance, not able to use now)
- A common BBQ on the rooftop (under maintenance, not able to use now)

Please follow the Body Corporate by-laws when using public facilities.
Facility access is not guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other building management issues.

Not all lift has rooftop floor access. Please use the one that has an R floor button.

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
