This is a self-contained villa in Blickinstal Retreat, which can host 6 guests, The villa features three separate bedrooms with starred-hotel linens, a living room, a well-functioned kitchen, and a laundry. The villa provides a relaxed and intimate space with stunning views over the vineyard.
Living Room
A spacious living area with a large, comfortable sofa—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The dining area is roomy enough for a cosy dinner or a small gathering. The air conditioning also includes heating for year-round comfort.

Enjoy cooking with a fully equipped, full-size kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a great meal.

Key Pick-Up
Key pick-up is onsite and super easy — simply retrieve the key from the lockbox. Need help with that? We've prepared a step by step guidance for your reference, which will be sent to you on the check-in date.
In the common area, there are BBQ facilities (reservation needed) and outdoor dining seating with a fantastic panoramic view. The outdoor fire pit is available outside of the fire danger season (1st May – 30th Nov).
Please note: The villa's water system operates normally with good pressure when using one tap at a time. As with many residential setups, water pressure may slightly decrease when multiple taps or showers are used simultaneously. To ensure the best experience, we recommend avoiding simultaneous showers. Kindly note that, as the villa is located in a rural area, the overall water pressure may not be as strong as in urban locations.
We conduct pest control every three months to maintain the property’s cleanliness and comfort. Being located in a rural area, the property is naturally more susceptible to occasional insects, especially during the summer months. This is a common occurrence in such settings, while in winter, the situation generally improves. Our regular pest control schedule helps keep everything in check and ensures a pleasant environment for our guests.

What a great villa! It was so spacious and clean, and we loved how convenient it was for visiting all the wineries in the Barossa. A perfect home base for a wine country getaway
Would like more kitchen equipment, i.e. tray for oven use, new frypan. They was lots of storage and plenty of fridge and freezer space.
Sensational!!! Nothing more to say really. The accommodation was exactly as described, communication was great, location was perfect and amenities were all we could have wanted. We will definitely rebook.
We had a great stay, peaceful and comfortable set amongst the vineyards of Bethany. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe, I will most certainly being staying here when next in town and have no hesitation recommending to my family and friends when visiting the adelaide vineyards. The place is very well located, close to nice wineries and restaurants. The house is big as described and have beautiful surroundings. The only downside were the showers, in both bathrooms, it did not have enough pressure, it was actually cold and the shower head was not working properly. Beside that the house is great!
Thanks to Emma and Roger on another wonderful stay. The villa was wonderful, large, and clean! Would highly recommend.

Peaceful and quiet surroundings overlooking the vineyard and beyond, with quite a few different birds visiting the front lawn area. Spacious and cosy older style home, that was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Close to Tanunda with lots of really great places to eat. Great spot to stay and explore the Barossa.
