This apartment can host a maximum of 6 guests. The stylish self-contained apartment has a partial ocean view and features two separate bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a well-functioned kitchen, and laundry.
Bed configuration:
Master suite - with 1 king bed (combined with two single beds) and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower
Second bedroom - 2 single beds
Living room - with a TV, lounge, and 1 double-size sofa bed. ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)

The air conditioning unit is available in all rooms.

There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.

There is ongoing construction across the street, which is now nearing completion. Please be aware that some daytime noise may still occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise the disturbance.
The construction may also partially block the view. As the building is still in progress, we are unable to provide an accurate photo of the view at the time of your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
• A double-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests (Sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost).
This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip to Gold Coast.
The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Outdoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on ground floor
- Fully equipped fitness center and rooftop terrace
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
Emma and Roger's place was beautiful, the view was amazing, my kids loved it so much. The place was very clean and spacious for my family of 5. The tram was 2 mins walk we went on it everyday to shoppings and all, we will back for sure!
The location and size of the apartment, were very good. It is located circa 150 meters from the G (Tram) so easy to get out to Helensvale and catch the TX7 bus to the theme parks and walkable to Sea World. The public transport and cost 1.50 per person per day is fantastic. Convenience store within a short walk has food and drinks and a liquor store just a few hundred meters away as well. Whilst the apartment is a little tired the size, view (even with the construction next doo) is still good and we were out all day so noise was not an issue the workers are in early and finish before 5pm. If we went back to the Gold Coast we would certainly stay there again, we did not use the pool (it was very busy) but looked good. We would just walk across the road and swim in the sea. So good having the washing machine and dryer as well. Our flight got in early and they kindly let me check in earlier which was very appreciated. I had a question over the aircon but wasn’t answered in minutes.
One of the most beautiful apartments in Surfers Paradise, perfectly located close to everything. We absolutely loved our stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The sea view from the balcony is breathtaking and something we enjoyed every day. The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our time there even more special. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish — very clear, prompt, and helpful, which made the whole experience stress-free. The property was exactly as described, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
