This apartment can host a maximum of 6 guests. The stylish self-contained apartment has a partial ocean view and features two separate bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a well-functioned kitchen, and laundry.
Bed configuration:
Master suite - with 1 king bed (combined with two single beds) and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower
Second bedroom - 2 single beds
Living room - with a TV, lounge, and 1 double-size sofa bed. ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)

- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet
- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- a balcony with outdoor furniture
The air conditioning unit is available in the living room and bedroom.

There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.

There is ongoing construction across the street, which is now nearing completion. Please be aware that some daytime noise may still occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise the disturbance.
The construction may also partially block the view. As the building is still in progress, we are unable to provide an accurate photo of the view at the time of your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
• A double-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests (Sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost).
This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip to Gold Coast.
The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Fully equipped fitness center and rooftop terrace

A large apartment with everything you need for your stay. The apartment did look a bit tired and had a very humid smell most likely due to some flooding on that level of the building. Nothing a bit of TLC couldn't fix. Another large development is being built across the road, so it can be very noisy from all the trades working away - although I accept this isn't something that can be helped by the hosts.
Always a pleasure staying with this host. They’re my go-to for any stays in Surfers Paradise. Really easy check-in, clear instructions & communication. Very happy, 10/10!
We had an amazing stay! The place is incredible, with a stunning view that we truly enjoyed. Communication was smooth and very easy, which made everything even better. We were three people and felt very comfortable during our stay. I would definitely come back without hesitation!
