Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public area. We cannot always guarantee the access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
The location is excellent close to bars, clubs, food hubs, and just a short walk to the train station, which is very convenient for tourists without a car. The place is very clean, except for the dryer, but overall it’s great. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Adelaide.

Good little spot in a super central location. Unfortunately missed the mark in a couple of ways and could do with a bit of maintenance and a lick of paint. The kitchen is missing some basic items like chopping boards, a bin lid and baking trays for the oven which made cooking for a longer stay quite tricky. The shower leaks quite significantly and wasn’t the cleanest; the bed also only had 2 pillows which were quite flat which was a shame as the bed was quite comfy other than that. It’s worth noting that when it says checkout is prompt, the cleaners turned up half an hour before check out and a maintenance team had shown up to service the aircon prior to that which made checking out quite stressful as I felt like I was inconveniencing them for not having left yet. That being said the building facilities are great and the rooftop pool is a nice little spot especially in the sun. The team were very responsive when I had issues opening the check in guide and were really helpful ☺️

Great stay and the property lived up to my expectations. The one thing I would add is a throw rug for the lounge to help make it feel like home on a long stay.
