Noise：. As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Was an amazing stay. Everything was clean and spotless, check in and out was easy and Emma responded very quickly to any queries. Thanks for having us!
Everything was excellent. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and the view from the 20th floor is absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay. The only suggestion I would make is to consider replacing the TV, as it could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making our stay such a great experience. We would definitely love to come back!
Place was as described. Room was fine. Beds were comfy. Good location - close to public transport and restaurants etc. Great view. Hosts were responsive to questions and requests for assistance. Things to be aware of: Keys had to be picked up and dropped off in a separate location. No WIFI. Unable to access to Mantra Gym or spa / swim areas. Had to pay to store luggage - $15 a locker - in offsite location. thanks!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was a major highlight, very convenient and easily walkable to nearby spots, which made getting around really easy. The hosts were also responsive and communicated well whenever we reached out. While parking wasn’t included with the accommodation, there is a parking lot nearby that is quite close, so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. The only issue we experienced was with the towels. Considering our five-night stay, the number provided was limited, and we had to reuse them multiple times. When we requested fresh towels, we were informed that it wouldn’t be possible to arrange additional ones. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall experience.
stayed for 2 nights and wished we stayed longer. We didnt watch TV inside room...the view outside was our TV, absolutely stunning during the day and night. Theres nothing to complain about. hosts were very friendly and i would recommend this unit to anyone who comes across this. very happy thankyou for the wonderful stay!
