Whether you want to explore the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains, relax in the luxurious surroundings of the Roses House, or simply enjoy some downtime with your family and friends, this vacation rental has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.
This is a self-contained house with Three bedrooms. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in this house. We will provide bedding for the number of customers you booked.
We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, including children. Exceeding the guest limit is not allowed. CCTV cameras are outside the property to ensure compliance. If we detect any extra guests (even one additional person), double the booking fee will be charged.

* 1 highchair available and 1 portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.

We provide a charcoal grill with some starter charcoal and basic tools. Feel free to bring more if needed! Please note: for safety, do not use the grill on windy days to avoid fire risk.

A beautiful rose garden can create a relaxing and serene atmosphere, and it's always a pleasure to enjoy the sight and fragrance of blooming flowers. It seems like you have a great vision for The Rose House and are committed to making it a special place for guests to stay.
The heater and fireplace are not available in November, December, January, February, Match, and April every year.
The open-plan living space with plenty of natural light, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and dining area, makes for a great place to unwind and connect after a day of exploring the Blue Mountains. It's always nice to have a cozy and welcoming space to come back to after a long day out and about.

We have two locked rooms on the ground floor, each accommodating up to 3 guests. If you’re interested in accessing additional rooms, please contact us to enquire about availability and rates.
Providing entertainment options like games can make a family stay more enjoyable and comfortable. It's always nice to have a separate area where adults can relax and unwind while children have their own space to play and have fun.
• Please watch for the warning signs. We have some no-access areas in the house and in the backyard. It is not safe for you.
* We will prepare the bedroom which can accommodate the customer you booked. You will not able to access the other bedrooms.
The house is very spacious and surrounded by beautiful plants, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped, with a nice selection of tea bags and coffee capsules, allowing us to prepare a lovely breakfast. The bedding was comfortable and warm, and all bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even kids’ shampoo, which was very convenient for families. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and it would be even better with a bit more attention to cleanliness in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Emma and Roger’s place. The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Everything was well organised, and the space felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this place to others.

Emma and Roger's place was nice and clean, with lots of space for our family and within a good distance from nearby attractions. One of the rooms was locked even though we booked for 10 people but that was easily solved once we got in touch with them.

블루마운틴 여행을 위하여 예약하였는데 깨끗하고 사용하기 좋았습니다. 바베큐 시설과 주방시설이 잘되어있고 아이들이 놀기에도 좋습니다. 주변에 Minnehaha Falls 에 꼭 방문해보기를 추천합니다. (수영복챙겨가면 좋아요!) 더 머무르고 싶을 정도로 자연환경이 너무 좋아요!
