The entire apartment.
This is the second year that we have used this apartment. It has improved significantly since then. Nice to see that the owners are responsive to comments. If you read early comments about the bed linen etc, rest assured that they now use pristine white hotel-style bed sheets etc. We brought our own pillows with us. The location is great and although it’s not luxe, it’s very adequate.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was friendly and provided everything we needed. It was clean and modern and in a great location.
We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. The property was comfortable, well presented, and in a great location. It was a good base for exploring the area and we appreciated the overall quality of the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and generally well equipped, and we found it to be a pleasant place to relax after a day out. A few small improvements could make the stay even better. Bedside lamps and power outlets near the beds would have been appreciated, especially for charging phones and reading at night. We were also unable to cast content from our phones to the TV, and the television only seemed to receive a limited number of channels. These were relatively minor points, however, and did not detract significantly from our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend the apartment to others.

Great value for money. Bit hard to find at first. I would be happy to go again.
Views were great. Easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Very short drive to nearest supermarket, although if you were fit, and easy walk.
Great location, great communication!! The vies from the the apartment were excellent of the lake. We loved our stay. Very relaxing.

Overall the apartment was great in terms of location (hard to beat in the Kingston Foreshore area). However, for the price point, it could do with a freshen up in terms of carpets, furniture and TV. The pillows in the main bedroom were not high quality and I think need to be replaced ASAP for quality sleep. The bed and sheets were otherwise great. What could be a five star stay is 3.5/4 star but with a freshen up it’d push up toward 5. Thanks for a generally good stay.
