The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware of your check-in time. The front entrance of the building can only be opened without a key during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM.If you arrive outside of these hours, you will need to follow someone who is already entering the building in order to access the front door and retrieve your key. Please note this may vary depending on building management.
Please note: The CARPET shows some normal wear and tear that cannot be completely removed despite professional cleaning. This is not due to lack of cleanliness, but natural usage over time.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• Please be aware that due to our short-term stay, there are some permanent stains on the floor that cannot be removed. We kindly ask you to contact us with any concerns before booking.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

This was the second time we have stayed here. Great location with an easy walk to the train station and to the shops, so means we can leave our car safely parked for our trip and walk everywhere. Emma always responsive to any questions that we may have. Will happily choose to stay here again when coming to Sydney.
The apartment is in a great location, very close to Chinatown, Burwood Plaza and Westfields, which made getting around and finding food and shops really convenient. The building backs onto train tracks, so there is some noise from passing trains, but this was disclosed in the listing and didn’t end up being a major issue for us. The apartment itself was generally fine and reasonably clean overall. The carpets did have some stains, which was also noted in the listing, so that wasn’t a surprise. One downside was the bath, which had a noticeable dark ring that made it unusable for us. A few cushions for the couch would have made the space a bit more comfortable but we just resorted to using the pillows from the bed, which was totally fine. Overall, it was a good stay in a very convenient location, with a few areas that could be improved.
Great location in Burwood, close to Olympic Park, with Chinatown, mall, restaurants, cafes and train station super close by. My favourite aspect was the amazing view from the Airbnb, especially at night. Basic interior and ammenities but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

도보 5분거리에 train Burwood역이 있어서 이동하기 너무 편했어요! 근처에 식당이나 케미스트도 있고 맞은편 바로 앞에 대형마트도 있어서 위치가 정말 좋아요! 주요 중심지까지 트레인으로 15-20분이면 다 이동 가능하구요.

We enjoyed our third stay. Love that the apartment is very close to supermarkets, train station and Westfield. Great that we can leave our car in secure parking for the entire weekend and walk/train wherever we need to go. Emma is a very responsive and helpful host.
