This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 25 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, groups, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The King Bed is configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Bedroom 3: Features 2 Single Beds.
Sofa Bed: A Double Sofa Bed is available in the living room for additional guests. An additional guest fee of AUD $50 per guest applies when using the sofa bed.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 9 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living & Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a shower over a bath and toilet, while the second bathroom also includes a shower over a bath and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities
Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.
Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding Charges: The sofa bed is available for additional guests, with an additional guest fee of AUD $50 per guest. An extra folding bed is also available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.
Operation hours and rules are posted on the wall near each facility entrance.

We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repairs, maintenance, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.

Spacious. Great views around. Closer to the beach, tram stop, bus stop and surfers paradise shopping precinct.

The place is just fit for us with four families that has child and infants, we enjoyed our stay so much that we wish to extend it another day but no luck since it was booked by others already. The view and sorroundings was amazing , very beautiful and the place was neat and tidy with enough stuffs to use. Checking in and out is hassle free, the instructions are very clear. We happened to forgot our ipad there but the hosts were so quick in responding in giving directions in what to do and very flexible with changes. We just collected the gadget on the same day. We would highly recommend it and would love to go back again!🥰
