Please collect the key in the following steps:

1. Please arrive at the property address: 35/24 Kurilpa Street, Westend QLD 4101

2. Find the lockbox on the tree next to the front door

3. Use the pin code (not in this instruction, the code is in the message we send to you) to open the lockbox

The key set looks as follows

Check-out

Before 10am

Please check out before 10 am. Please Lock the Door and then put the keys back in the lockbox.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could empty the rubbish bin, put the used dishes in the sink before you go.

Garage Access

Parking height Limit 2.0 m

Please use the garage remote control to open the garage, the garage door is located on another side of the townhouse.

Please note that the the upgrade of the bin area gate and the back gate has completed recently, there is an access code needed.

Warning! Vehicles are not allowed to park on the driveway, please make sure your car parked into the garage properly.

About Air Conditioning

The bedroom air conditioning compressor and switch are located in the ground-floor garage.

If the air conditioner is experiencing issues, please first turn off this switch. Wait for 2 minutes and then turn it back on. This may help resolve the problem.

How to operate the centralized air conditioning

House Rules

We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., please maintain low noise levels and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot provide assistance for key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
