Check-in Time
After 3pm
Please collect the key as following steps:
1. Find the lockbox on the tape pillar as photo below indicated
2. Input the passcode you have received from the check in email
3. Use the remote control to open the garage door or use the key to open the main door.

Check-out Time
Before 10am
Please check out before 10am. Please put the keys back in the lockbox.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could empty the rubbish bin, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you go.
House Rules
- Strictly no smoking inside the house – any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $200 fine.
- Please keep close eyes on your kids while being on the courtyard and pool
- Please do not play on stairs.
- Please place rubbish in bins.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Please close and lock the house door when checking out.
- If any damages or breakages happen please report to our customer service in a reasonably timely manner.
- Please cleaning the BBQ after used. Uncleaned BBQ will cause the $200 extra cleaning fee.

Cooktop
The cooktop is De Dietrich Platinum Hob. Please operate as following instruction:
1. Turn on the switch on the wall as photo indicated
2. Use the control panel of the cooktop to turn on the cooktop
3. The cooking space will not heating until you put cookpot on it.
Please read the following user’s instruction if you have any question when you use the cooktop.
Rubbish Disposal
Please dispose of rubbish to the rubbish bins located aside the house
