Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this place. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and had all the amenities listed, including a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The views were fantastic, and the location was great, about a 10–15 minute walk to the main Surfers Paradise area, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away and a tram stop around a 4 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The hosts were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The only very minor downside was that key collection is a couple of hundred metres from the apartment, which could be a little inconvenient if you're carrying lots of luggage or travelling with young children. However, this is clearly disclosed by the hosts, and it really wasn't much of a hassle for us. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay here again!! We had a nice 4-week stay. Our unit was on the 13th floor and had a great view of the river. Emma and Roger were responsive and helpful. Getting around is a breeze, as the location is about a 7-10 minute walk to two different tram stations, not much farther to the beach, and the heart of Surfer's Paradise is easily reachable on foot or by tram, along with many dining options. Check-in was a bit unusual, as you have to pick up the keys from a lockbox at a separate location, about 800m away, but it did facilitate flexible check-in. If you're on foot with luggage, you'll want to plan accordingly. In terms of value, the unit has great potential, but is very sparsely equipped. For example, there was no cutting board until we purchased one. A very small investment into furnishing it would go a long way toward perceived value for the price. Overall, we would stay again, but more enthusiastically if it were better equipped.

The apartment itself is as described, and clean. There are a few minor things like one of the blinds hand no pulley chain so it can't be lowered. The host did offer to fix it during the stay, but I am not comfortable having someone entering the property during the stay while I am out. Location is 2 tram stops away from Surfer Paradise main streets.
