Check-In Details
After 3pm
Please collect the key as following steps:
1. Find the mailbox next to the complex entrance
2. Open the mailbox #16 (unlocked) and find the lockbox inside of the mailbox
3. Input the passcode you have received from the check in email to open the lockbox
4. Get the remote controller and keys of the house
5. Please drive through the complex gate and to the house #16

Please press the BLUE button to open the complex gate.
Please press the 1st GREY button to open the house garage door.
Check-out Time
Before 10am
Please check out before 10am. Please put the keys back in the lockbox.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could empty the rubbish bin, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you go.
House Rules
- Strictly no smoking in the house – any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $200 fine.
- No parties or events – any evidence of parties or events will result in a $500 fine. You must keep quiet from 10 pm to 7 am
- This place is not pet friendly.
- Please keep close eyes on your kids while being on the balcony
- Please do not play on stairs.
- Please place rubbish in bins.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Please close and lock the house door when checking out.
- If any damages or breakages happen please report to our customer service in a reasonably timely manner.
