The space
This Three-bedroom Villa is located on the Ground floor and can host a maximum of 9 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
Floor Ground:
- 1 full-size Kitchen
- 1 living room with TV, a double-size sofa bed, a dining area
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
1st Floor:
- Master room with a King bed ( combined with 2 single, unable to separate), and ensuite with a shower over a bath
- Master room with 2 single beds, and ensuite with a shower over a bath
2nd Floor:
- Terrance
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions. There are two air conditioner panels. One is a white panel in the living room, and the other one is a black panel in the master bedroom upstairs.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.
This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip to Gold Coast.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- Sun lounge and terrace (Ground Floor)
- Outdoor swimming pool (Ground Floor)
- Sauna room (2nd Floor)
- Fully equipped gym (2nd Floor)
- BBQ facilities (2nd Floor)
BBQ Notice:
Please be advised that BBQ facilities are not provided in the rooms, and the BBQ in your room yard (if applicable) is currently unavailable for use. It remains in place because it cannot be dismantled.
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
Other things to note
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.
