Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m.–10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site.
• Please note that on the north side of the building there is a small children’s play park. Additionally, there may be occasional noise from nearby construction sites; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
• The Wi-Fi is provided by the building and is shared among all residents. We are unable to control the speed or provide technical support for the Wi-Fi.
• Please note that some areas of the property’s flooring are slightly outdated, but they are fully functional and safe to use.

Last minute decision to stay another night in Surfers and Emma was very accomodating with an early checkin. The price for a night stay in 2 bedroom with amazing views was great value! The apartment was clean, spacious and checkin was hassle free. Easy parking and constant communication from Emma. Highly recommend.
Lovely place in perfect location only problem I came across was I told Emma I was checking in at 3pm and when I came to the apartment I walked into people still cleaning an hour after the time I said I was gonna check in. The cleaners then told me I had to wait half an hour for the room to be ready at 4:30 and was never told or let know by the host and we had a place to be by 5pm and still had to get ready so was alittle bit frustrating

Beautiful apartment, beautiful view, well appointed and comfortable. Check-in was easy peasy, and we really enjoyed our time. Just a few little things like there were only 2 forks but 4 people, so we couldn't eat there without fuss. Lacked some simple basics like scissors, and more than one sachet of dish soap. No extra linens or towels were there, so we had to buy towels so we could use the pool/beach. Theres a big hole on the back of the master bedroom door, and a big splash of something brown up the wall above the couch that hadn't been cleaned off. They didn't affect us terribly however we are only from Brisbane and came for a long weekend. Had we arrived from overseas or interstate for longer than 2 nights and found it lacked the basics, it could have been quite inconvenient. Overall, we had a lovely time and won't hesitate to book again.
What a great apartment! Very roomy, clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing. Simple check-in and out, and easy to use appliances. Five stars from us.
