Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: No parking is available for this apartment. Guests may consider nearby street parking or public parking facilities, including Secure Parking at 52 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a 1-minute walk from your building entrance, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Great spot in a good location, conveniently located near the train station. Thank you for accommodating early check in that was very helpful.
Great stay, very clean and comfortable. Emma and Roger were lovely hosts and communication was easy throughout. Would definitely stay again.
Great accommodation, well located and excellent facilities. Only downside was the lack of utensils and cooking equipment, other than that was good.

Location has character but will not be everyone's cup of tea. Significant construction nearby, a lot of night life, some great local food outlets and supermarkets. Parking is an issue - not always available close by and expensive. The apartment is comfortable, not overstated at all, perhaps even lacking a little finesse. A development area not a criticism..
Lovely flat in the middle of Brisbane with really nice amenities, thank you! Would’ve been nice to be able to extend check in by an hour so felt a bit pushed out, but I get you have a business to run :) Other than that lovely place

Overall it was good, I needed to book something right at the last minute and once it was confirmed within 30 mins I had all the check in instructions. The only down fault was there was only 1 key provided and by accident My Partner and I got locked out and had to call a locksmith to come and unlock at 3 in the morning. (There should be someone that you are able to contact in case of an emergency)
