Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public area. We cannot always guarantee the access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
This is the 2nd time I have booked through Emma and Roger. They are excellent hosts and so are their Units. Will definitely book through them again

great place to stay, easy to access, great facilities, will be back!
This was a conveniently located place to stay in Fortitude Valley. The hosts were highly responsive and friendly. That being said, the property was not kept in good repair (e.g., TV did not work properly, broken blinds, significant wear and tear, only two mugs for three guests). This place could have a lot of potential if it were better maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay. Emma & Roger were great hosts and their place was very central for what we needed over the weekend. Loved that it included a parking space! The infinity pool was a bonus and hosted a great view. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much 😁
Only issue I found was the ensuite flooded a lot whenever I tried to shower and that smelt really bad

The place is good but some maintenance needs to be done. The lifts from car park to the apartment is bit confusing. The aircon keeps going off after certain hours so you’ll need to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it on. Overall good value & location is convenient.

Great location and close to some yummy restaurants. Met our needs. The pool was great. Our kids loved it! The space looked a bit more run down than in the photos (loose handles and flooring, weathered floors). It was tricky initially to find the room with the different towers and lifts. It was difficult with only one key. Made it hard when we wanted to do things separately. Would stay again. Thanks for hosting!
