This modern self-contained apartment is located on Level 19 and offers a comfortable stay in the heart of the Gold Coast, ideal for couples, small families, or business travellers seeking convenience and resort-style living.
Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, Smart TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering outdoor space to relax.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are not allocated or guaranteed.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

Great location, close to everything in surfers but just that step away to feel relaxing. Close to public transport and great communication and support from our hosts. Thanks for a great stay

Amazing stay at Surfers. 10/10 location, we had both Budds Beach(5min walk) and the main beach (10min walk) within close distance. Hosts were always really helpful and we would 100% stay here again. The amenities are great pool, spa, gym, sauna & car park. Check in is off site which is a bit inconvenient, but clear instructions are given. The apartment is good size and great value for money. We informed hosts of a few issues including rips & stains on the sofa, stains on the cushions, and stains on the bed sheets. Cleanness upon check in was passable - we did find plenty of hairs & dust. Hoover, mop, washer and dryer are available for you to use. The apartment had plenty of basic utensils, although only 3 butter knives out of a 6pc dinner set & the pots and pans need replacing due to a safety issue. No baking tray is given which is inconvenient when trying to cook. We also had to purchase bowls as there’s no deep bowls for mixing or having cereals etc. Location is perfect! 10/10
Nice place in Surfers Paradise, around 15 min walk to Cavill St. Quick walk to the beach. On very busy days the lifts can take 20 mins, which was very frustrating. But this didn't happen all the time. Very basic kitchen and overall furnishings. Good comms from agents. Key pick up was a bit of a hassle as it was a 10 min walk away. All in all, it was OK.
Great place to stay
I stayed for 2 weeks with Emma and Roger and the place looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location everything walkable would definitely come back ❤️ thank you again Emma and Roger
I had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect – the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive, and even allowed us an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great experience!
