This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 6 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living & Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.
Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

Acomodaçāo excelente. A iniciar pelas condições do apartamento, tudo novo, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho limpas, local silencioso e a localização privilegiada. Muito próximo aos bons rextaurantes e comércio de Surfers Paradise e também muito próximo aos pontos de embarque do transporte público. Os anfitriões foram muito prestativos a atenciosos. Eu recomendo.
Clean and comfortable.
We had a truly lovely stay at this apartment. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond and the apartment itself is central and clean and has good amenities.
Excellent location, close to everything. Beautiful facilities and very nice appartment.
We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The place was clean, well furnished and the view was nice. It was a short walk to the tram and the hosts communicated well. A few issues with the bathroom and laundry. It was a good sized apartment for 4 people. Living room and beds were comfortable.
The place is nice, good space and good amenities. However it is a bit miss leading that the picture of the foldable bed is not included (50$/day upcharge) (even if I booked for 5 people) also the key is a 10 min walk from the place which is a bit far in my opinion. Trash was still in the bin when we came in and some towels were dirty

We just finished our 22 night stay at this Airbnb, and it was a great experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, close to the town center, and very convenient to the train station. We really enjoyed our time there and felt very at home. Thank you for the lovely stay!
