Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Living & Dining
Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- BBQ facilities(Roof top, 27th Floor and Ground Floor)
- Outdoor Swimming Pool, Spa, and Sauna room(Ground Floor)
- Fully equipped fitness center and Function Room(27th Floor)
- Rooftop Terrace(Roof Top)

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Die Aussicht und auch die Lage waren großartig. Aufgrund der Ausstattung ist dieses AirBnB auch ideal für einen Langzeitaufenthalt geeignet. Wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable. The facilities are great and location convenient. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not very efficient and quite noisy. Also the furniture is tired and could do with an update. Otherwise, we'd be happy to stay again and can recommend.

Excellent! The room was clean and bright, with expansive views of the sea and city. You could see the waves and beach from anywhere inside. Common facilities included a gym, a sauna with separate wet and dry areas, a BBQ area, and a small outdoor swimming pool. I hope the host will check the room's lights, provide the oven instruction manual, and ensure there's enough laundry detergent and shower gel. Overall, a good impression (out of 10), I'd give it a 9. Thank you to the host for providing such a wonderful room; it made our vacation even more memorable。
