Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Living & Dining
Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- BBQ facilities(Roof top, 27th Floor and Ground Floor)

- Fully equipped fitness center and Function Room(27th Floor)
- Rooftop Terrace(Roof Top)

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Had a long 12 night stay, therefore used things such things as the vacuum cleaner, etc. The vacuum cleaner had no suction whatsoever, so made it difficult to suck up someones lovely cut toenails that were left on the floor down beside the couch for us! The lounge rug was clean but badly stained and could do with a wet-vac clean (would come up great). We also washed our sheets during the 12-night stay which revealed a badly stained mattress protector that had merely been turned upside down to hide. It was a bit hard only having one bathroom towel each especially for a long stay plus not providing beach towels was a real downfall as we were travelling from overseas. However, the beach umbrella was an absolute godsend! Apologies but the bed was really terrible and desperately needs a new mattress. Appeared the springs were broken, roll together and our backs hurt constantly. But view, location, pool and cafe were unbeatable! Would consider staying again yes - thank you.

Really convenient key pick up. Reasonable clean. Fold out sofa bed is a bit sink into setup. Shower head really needs good clean-sort out-replace. Great spot, nice ocean views. Good value for money.

Great location. Close to the beach and also light rail just down the road. Amenities in the building are awesome with an amazing roof top area. Would happily recommend staying here.
