Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Living & Dining
Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- BBQ facilities(Roof top, 27th Floor and Ground Floor)
- Outdoor Swimming Pool, Spa, and Sauna room(Ground Floor)
- Fully equipped fitness center and Function Room(27th Floor)
- Rooftop Terrace(Roof Top)

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

We felt very fortunate to get to enjoy the incredible views from this place! The apartment itself is overall clean and comfortable with everything you need. The building is very pleasant with a nice reception, a pool and a high rise gym also with great views. The location right by the beach is wonderful! A tram stop is also right around the corner. There is a subtly unpleasant smell in the apartment, nothing too bad, just mentioning it for those that are very sensitive to that. Overall we can definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with incredible ocean views at the Gold Coast. Perfect for a little getaway. The apartment was fantastic, we couldn't get enough of our balcony view. Having a laundry made it so easy to hop in the pool daily - wash, dry repeat! Emma was proactive and clear with the instructions sent, it was all in all a smooth sailing and easy process, and a super fun holiday. Thank you!
