This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 4 and can host a maximum of 3 guests
The self-contained apartment features:

- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

Loved staying it was very clean very cosy and exactly how they describe it, would love to stay there long term.

I want to specifically mention I m very grateful for the company and the manager s help during my stay.
Check in details said ‘easy access with key lockbox code’. It failed to say the lockbox was in a shop on a tramline with no parking in the street, and approximately 700 mtrs from the apartment building. In torrential rain we had to leave our car in a PayPark, and walk back to get the key. The apartment was spacious and beautiful but had very few Crockery and Utensil items, and no items in cupboards such as salt and pepper, as we have experienced in every previous Airbnb stay. However, we bought what we needed and enjoyed our stay.
It was quiet, convenient, and very comfortable to stay.

Great stay
Emma and Roger are excellent hosts—welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. They were quick to respond to all my queries and assist whenever needed. I arrived on an early morning flight, and Emma kindly allowed me to check in early. The apartment had everything that was promised. It was safe, super clean, equipped with all modern amenities, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The location is close to public transportation, making travel across the Gold Coast very convenient. There are plenty of amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, and just a 2-minute walk takes you to Budds Beach, which is a wonderful place to spend the evening. My stay at the apartment was both comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
The Host was very easy to communicate with and really only thing was black hair on the floor. Nice and tidy place.
