My stylish apartment will be your perfect stay in Gold coast. You can enjoy the sunshine at the pool within the building along with other luxurious facilities to help you relax after a long-day local exploration. The world-famous Surfers Paradise Beach is just 5-minute walk away. If you are interested in the famous theme parks in Gold Coast, Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet n' Wild are all around 20-minute drive.

The space

This Two-bedroom apartment is located on level 3 and can host a maximum of 5 guests

The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a king bed combined with 2 single beds and walk-in shower ensuite
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with toilet and shower over a bath
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and a dining area
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.

Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.

During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.

Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

Unwind in style after a day of exploring with our resort-style amenities. As a guest, you'll have full access to our sun lounge and terrace, outdoor swimming pool, sauna room, and fully equipped gym. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun or get a workout in, our facilities are designed to help you relax and recharge. Please note, access to the facilities may be limited due to repairs, maintenance, or other issues determined by the building's Body Corporate. Be sure to abide by all Body Corporate by-laws while using the public areas.

Interaction with guests

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.

We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

Other things to note

Ruby building:
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m.–10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site.
• Please note that on the north side of the building there is a small children’s play park. Additionally, there may be occasional noise from nearby construction sites; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
• The Wi-Fi is provided by the building and is shared among all residents. We are unable to control the speed or provide technical support for the Wi-Fi.
• Please note that some areas of the property’s flooring are slightly outdated, but they are fully functional and safe to use.

Nice place, huge and spacey. Walking distance to coles (15 minutes) and looked very close to tram (we did not use the tram because we rented a car). Free parking inside the building. The place has washer dryer and also provided coffee. Comfortable beds on both rooms. The only thing is we felt that the wooden floor was a bit sticky, so we had to mop the floor to be more comfortable (we walk barefoot inside the apartment - asian culture).

We love staying at The Ruby whenever we visit the GC. It is walking distance to everything but also far enough from all the noise of the city life. The host was kind to lend us a travel cot for our baby and the apartments are very spacious with minimal furniture (great for curious little hands!). The only down side was that the floors were not very clean and my 9 month old ended up with very dirty hands and clothes from crawling around, I had to clean the floors a couple of times to get it clean. Other than that, can’t complain.

When we arrived we were way past our check in. We struggled getting into the building as we didn’t have access to the lobby. Someone let us in at 12.30am. Once in we were so happy that the apartment was super clean and perfect for what we needed for our holiday break. This included a nice shared pool area. It was in a Perfect location, a 2 min walk to the tram which would take us into cavil Ave and Broadbeach. Our apartment backed onto Paradise kids resort so quite noisy, but it didn’t faze us. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Emma was very responsive and quick to do so. Thank you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
