This Two-bedroom apartment is located on level 10 and can host a maximum of 5 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen bed with walk-in shower ensuite
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with toilet and shower over a bath
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and a dining area
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

Please note, access to the facilities may be limited due to repairs, maintenance, or other issues determined by the building's Body Corporate. Be sure to abide by all Body Corporate by-laws while using the public areas.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Ruby building:
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m.–10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site.
• Please note that on the north side of the building there is a small children’s play park. Additionally, there may be occasional noise from nearby construction sites; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
• The Wi-Fi is provided by the building and is shared among all residents. We are unable to control the speed or provide technical support for the Wi-Fi.
• Please note that some areas of the property’s flooring are slightly outdated, but they are fully functional and safe to use.

Beautiful apartment, it was larger than expected, with amazing views and a fantastic location. We were within walking distance of everything and would happily stay again.
Great apartment close to the main attractions at Surfers Paradise (less then 10 minute walk). Great space and view of the river and ocean. Wouldn’t recommend if you have children, as apartment overlooks the Paradise Resort slides, which are only accessible by patrons staying at that resort. Great communication with hosts and onsite support. Good kitchen space and loving area. Great amenities in the building, we found there was a wait for the lift most days. WiFi not great but parking very handy and secure. Easy check in and check out.

I stayed at Emma and Roger’s place for one night and it was perfect space for me and my little family for the weekend. It was a surprisingly spacious beautifully furnished place which was spotless. Views from each window and bedroom! The second bedroom had two single beds which were nice and low to the ground which was perfect for my 4 and 1 year old and everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Thanks for the stay!
