This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in Brisbane.
• Strictly no smoking - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
• No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
• Key loss will result in a charge of $200; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $50 will be charged before 11 pm and $100 will be charged after 11 pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back to our nominated place before the check-out time.

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

A nice Air BNB with a great pool. Unfortunately pool was a bit difficult to access due to maintenance so we had to access it via the car park and different lifts. Location seemed more like South Brisbane than Southbank and was a bit of a trek to Southbank where we wanted to be. Only 1 key fob given when 2 would have made it easier, as meant you had to go everywhere together, including the pool. Was offered another when I asked but needed to pay a $200 deposit. Think 2 should be standard.
Friendly hosts, had the amenities we needed, access to pool and gym. Nothing the hosts can change about it but the apartment has a lot of road/train noise. We enjoyed the stay.
The apartment was perfect for our needs with a location close to the restaurants of the South Bank and over the bridge from Queen St. Car parking was easy.
This place is located in a great position, close to south bank and walking distance to everything. Parking is easy although a small car space may be difficult to get into if you have a large car. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were slightly thin and lumpy but there was a spare in the cupboard. There were no bath mats provided only spare hand towels so we used those on the floor but obviously not as absorbent so we washed the towels while staying. The pool is fantastic! Kids had a ball. The BBQs are also great. The cutlery is severely lacking. We had 4 people and with only 3 forks we had to feed the kids first and couldn’t eat at a family. There are also very few kitchen utensils. A peeler would have been handy. The spatular also bends with use. Other than the utensil situation we would definitely stay here again and just BYO forks!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Comfortably fit 3 adults and an infant. Plenty to explore within walking distance. Great facilities within the complex also. Would have been great if there was an extra blanket in the rooms as it gets quite chilly at night. There was also a lack of drinkware - with only 2 glasses and 3 mugs. Overall great stay, would recommend.
The place is very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The view of the city is amazing and the walk ability was perfect for our group. The host are very quick to respond and provide good clear instructions for check in and check out! There are many lovely and delicious local coffee places near by.
