Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is conveniently located approximately 220m away at a nearby store, offering secure and flexible self check-in.
Noise Notice: Due to the central location, some environmental and nearby construction noise from surrounding areas may occasionally be noticeable.
Wi-Fi & TV: Guests are welcome to use their own streaming accounts on the smart TV. We do not provide streaming subscriptions or technical support for TV or internet connectivity.
Apartment Condition: As the apartment is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may occasionally be relocated to another apartment of a similar standard and quality. We will always notify guests in advance if relocation is necessary.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
