What a wonderful experience at Hackett Garden! The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully organised, and had such a calm, peaceful atmosphere; exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was a real highlight, spacious and well set up, and an absolute pleasure to use. But the thing that truly made this stay special was Aleesa. She was courteous, professional, and genuinely one of the sweetest hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting. She attended to every query promptly and with such warmth and patience. You could tell she really cares about her guests having a great experience. We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return. Emma and Roger are very friendly and always respond quickly. The room is accurately described, and looks exactly like in the photos. Everything works perfectly, and I had a great stay!

In general, the place is pretty good. There is only one thing that could improve: the silence in the room. When you are inside, you can hear everything from outside, such as door knocking, people snoring, and the kitchen sounds (people cooking and etc). Also, one of the bathrooms has its doorknobe broken. The cleaning was nice, and if you are cold in the night you can use a heater provided but Emma and Roger. To spend one night or two, worth it.
