This property is a shared accommodation environment with multiple short-term guests staying onsite. While quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, complete silence cannot be guaranteed.

• Key collection is onsite
• Main entrance access is via electronic door lock
• Bedroom access currently uses a physical key; rooms are scheduled to be upgraded to keypad locks in June
TV & Entertainment
• There is no TV provided in the room
• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property
Property Condition
As the house is regularly used, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Room Allocation
During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to a similar room of equivalent standard if required.
CCTV & Security
• For safety and security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in the shared indoor hallway and living area, as well as in the outdoor backyard area.
• There are no cameras inside bedrooms, bathrooms, or other private areas.
Nature & Pest Control
Due to the warm Australian climate, occasional insects may appear despite regular professional pest control treatments. Insect spray is provided for guest use. If you experience any unusual pest activity during your stay, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

You will have your own private bedroom within a larger shared accommodation property. Shared facilities include a communal kitchen, laundry area, hallways, and bathroom facilities. Full bathrooms are separated by gender, while one shared unisex toilet is also available for guest use. As this is a shared living environment, some noise from other guests or residents may occasionally be heard. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
