This stylish self-contained apartment offers a functional layout and city view, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking a central stay with full domestic amenities.

Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Study: a King single (Converted Bedroom)
Extra Bed: A sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. The sofa bed is compact (1.7m length). We recommend it for minor guests or children due to its smaller size.
Please note that there will be extra cost when using the second bedroom and the sofa bed. If you need to use the single bed, please book for 3 guests. If you need to use the sofa bed, please book for 4 guests.

Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa, dining table, and a smart TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a city view.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking:1 off-premises paid parking space is available on the next street, just a 2-minute walk, for $20 per day. Please contact us at least one day in advance to reserve.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is available 24/7 via onsite lockbox.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Gym on Floor 9
- BBQ on Floor 9
- Resident Lounge on Floor 9
- Resident Meeting Room on Floor 9

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
Please note that on-site assistance may be limited and subject to availability.

I had the pleasure of staying at Emma and Roger's place for close to two weeks. Property is well connected, (nearest bus stop is 2 mins walk), almost in the heart of city. It has a beautifull and fully functional kitchen with all the necessary things you need in a regular kitchen. Property has its own terrace/balcony allowing to sit outside and enjoy the views Bedroom is spacious with lots of storage space and was clean and tidy. Living room has additional bed, comfy sofa and a TV. last but the least, Emma and Roger are very proactive in communication, even before booking the property they were available and responding to my queries Felt like home. Overall it was value for money and highly recommended.
