Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Self-check-in is via a KeyNest point located at at N-Less Washing Laundromat (Dickson). It is open 24/7 and is approximately an 8-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from the building.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to a similar apartment within the portfolio.
Area Notice: As this is a new precinct, minor daytime maintenance or construction in the area may be noticeable.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

I stayed here with my wife and 5-year-old for two nights. The good: The apartment felt practically brand new — clean, comfortable, and well located. It had everything you’d expect from a quality Airbnb. we've stayed at a few apartments in Northbourne avenue, and this was by far the quietest. The less than good: The ensuite shower didn’t have hot water, though it wasn’t a major issue as there’s a second bathroom. I’m sure this will be resolved. Access to the parking was a bit tricky. There was a typo in the entry instructions, which made it harder to find initially, but this has since been corrected. For reference, enter via Soho Lane off Morphett St and follow the ramp down to the left. Overall, a very comfortable stay with just a few minor teething issues.
