Our property has a total of three security cameras for safety. One is located by the staircase between the 1st and 2nd floors, and the other two are positioned at the front and back of the house. Please note that parties are not allowed.

Guest access

* The home is split across two levels. Guests occupy the upper level, while the lower level is rented to long-term tenants. Please note the main entrance to the house is shared, but the upstairs space itself is private.
* The swimming pool is shared with the ground floor tenants.
* The garage is not available for guest use.
* Please note there is no pontoon available for boat parking.

Interaction with guests

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.

We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
