Tucked inside Mantra on View, this studio is designed for both comfort and style. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks on the private balcony with ocean views, complete with a cozy double outdoor setting.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay—TV, WiFi, and air conditioning—plus a bathroom with a shower over bath for added convenience.

(For safety and environmental reasons, toiletries are provided in a starter pack suitable for short stays of around 3 days. Please bring additional supplies if you plan to stay longer.)

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Surfers Paradise, you’re just a short stroll to the beach, Cavill Avenue, and public transport—making it super easy to explore.

Hop in the car and you’ll be within minutes of iconic spots like Q1, Sea World, and The Star Casino, while major theme parks like Movie World and Wet’n’Wild are only about a 20-minute drive away.

Guest access

The room can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. For the third guest, a sofa bed can be arranged at an additional cost of $20 per night.
Our customers can not use the resort facilities in the building.

Guests will have access to the entire room only.

Please note that building facilities are not included.

Interaction with guests

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
Please note that on-site assistance may be limited and subject to availability.
