Tucked inside Mantra on View, this studio is designed for both comfort and style. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks on the private balcony with ocean views, complete with a cozy double outdoor setting.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay—TV, WiFi, and air conditioning—plus a bathroom with a shower over bath for added convenience.

(For safety and environmental reasons, toiletries are provided in a starter pack suitable for short stays of around 3 days. Please bring additional supplies if you plan to stay longer.)

The room can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. For the third guest, a sofa bed can be used free of charge.
Please note that we do not provide extra bedding for the sofa bed. There will be an extra towel and quilt for the third guest.

Hop in the car and you'll be within minutes of iconic spots like Q1, Sea World, and The Star Casino, while major theme parks like Movie World and Wet'n'Wild are only about a 20-minute drive away.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Noise: As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire room only.

Please note that building facilities are not included.

Interaction with guests

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
